Every day new books and periodicals are being added across the university. Libraries send new arrivals lists to their users to create awareness for the new additions.

News related to events happening in constituent institutes of Nirma university is covered by the media and appear in the newspaper. They are collected, mailed to the concerned authorities and digitised for reference purposes.
